We print it and express-mail it
Printed on real paper, addressed to the facility and sent next business day by tracked express (익일특급). The facility checks incoming mail first, so it usually reaches them 3–5 business days after we send it. Free extras ride along for them: news in their language, answers to their questions, song lyrics and translations of Korean documents.
인쇄해 익일특급으로 보내 드리며, 보통 3~5영업일이면 전달됩니다.
Don’t know their inmate number? That’s fine. Their full name, nationality and facility are enough.

Every envelope includes a page in their language explaining how to reply, plus cut-out address labels for our Seoul office. They only need a stamp, and their reply never leaves Korea.
